This means that workers can take leave to care for family members who need care, for example, in cases of serious medical reasons. N. Macedonia does not allow this type of leave and should amend the Labor Law to allow this.

This campaign aims towards #ExpandingChoices through family-friendly policies, as an important step towards ending gender-based discrimination at work and furthering women’s labour rights.
