Rodov Reaktor (Gender Reactor ) is conceived as a space that will contain all the gender disaggregated data relevant in the efforts to achieve gender equality.
The site provides a presentation of the status of women and men in the Republic of Macedonia and the systemic inequalities that still exist, mostly to the detriment of women, and is a response to the lack of data in this area. Those working on gender equality in Macedonia will know that in many areas are still lacking gender disaggregated data, and where available, the data is fragmented in various reports, published by various institutions and organizations, and rarely available in usable formats. We see this site as the first step in overcoming this problem.
