She joined the Reactor team in 2022 as a Project Coordinator in the field of gender equality.
She gained her work experience on projects funded by national, EU and other foreign donors or programs. For more than 7 years she has been focused on coordinating and managing projects in public institutions and civil society organizations through cooperation with the business sector, experts and international organizations. She works on projects that tackle important social aspects, such as social, economic and gender issues.
Zoja holds BA in political science and MA in political science from the Faculty of Law “Iustinianus Primus” in Skopje at the University “St. Cyril and Methodius”.
She enjoys camping by the water and nature. Zoja spends her free time playing with her cat or walking and hanging out with her friends.
