The web project Prijavi Diskriminacija (Report Discrimination) is an initiative against discrimination in the workplace, in the process of looking for a job or employment. With the help of this anonymous platform, we hope to gather a great amount of data about the position of the workers, violations of their rights and the discrimination they face when looking for a job or in the workplace.
The purpose of this project is to document the situations and violations of workers’ rights, which are often concealed and remain untold and unreported, and collect them in one database to be analyzed. We are particularly interested in violations and discrimination based on gender or gender identity. We want to assess the scope of the problem, but to also identify the most common types of violations so that we can propose relevant solutions.
At the same time, with this website, we want to provide space to those whose rights have been violated where their voice will be heard and where they are able to share their story. We also hope that through this platform we will raise the awareness of citizens, increase the responsibility of employers and thus contribute to reducing discrimination and improving the work environment for all of us.
On the Report Discrimination website you can report any type of discrimination related to your job, discrimination in the employment process, discrimination by your superiors or your colleagues.
The report is anonymous, and it consists of two parts: case data and statistical analysis data. The case data refers to the violation of the rights you are reporting, which you consider to be discriminatory. This data is anonymous and does not contain any information about your workplace. Statistical data are the socio-demographic data we need in our analysis.
